Backward integration on leather
Hides processed at our own unit in Ranipet, so landed cost stays stable when the leather market moves.
Building Protective Readiness
Hand protection and industrial safety wear — from our own tannery through state-of-the-art Italian die cutting and Japanese stitching, in our own three plants. For the plants that need it.
We began in 1994 at Patancheru as BPR Enterprise, a proprietary concern, and were later reconstituted as BPR Indglo Industries, a partnership firm. Most suppliers in this trade buy finished leather and stitch it. We start further back: hides are processed in our own tannery at Ranipet and yarn is spun in Tamil Nadu. That is why our price holds through a twelve-month rate contract when leather and yarn move, and why a specification change is a scheduling decision rather than a negotiation with a third party.

Cut consistency across a whole lot, not just the first carton — the difference between an approved sample and a rejected batch.
Post-bed and flat-bed machines for gauntlet, patch-palm and lined constructions, across our own units and our dedicated job-work unit.
Sole and lowest-quoted approved supplier to leading steel, paint and tyre manufacturers for over two decades.
Leather begins as a hide in Tamil Nadu and leaves as a finished, inspected, packed glove from Telangana. Every stage from hide to despatch runs through our own units and our dedicated job-work unit.

Our export line is built to international patterns, sizing and article codes, catalogued and shipped under our own Importer-Exporter Code. Our domestic line is built to Indian industrial practice, IS specifications and tender formats. Both are made on the same machines, by the same people, to the same inspection standard.
Gunn cut and keystone patterns, 2XS–3XL sizing, Kevlar® stitching, rubberised and rolled cuffs. Full article codes below — quoted FOB or CIF against your enquiry.
Specified in inches and grams the way Indian plants order, quoted per pair ex-works or delivered, and supplied against annual rate contracts, GeM and PSU tender formats.
Installed capacity by line, across all three plants.
Hides tanned in our own unit; yarn sourced to our grading standard. Off-spec lots are rejected at the gate, not at stitching.
Italian die-cutting machines mark and cut to the approved pattern, holding consistent thickness across the lot.
Post-bed and flat-bed assembly to the agreed seam and thread specification, with Kevlar® and reinforcement where your hazard assessment calls for it.
Our QC department inspects 100% of material against your approved counter-sample and specification before it moves to packing.
Packed and marked to your stores requirement, documentation matched to your PO and GRN format, records retained for every despatch.
We quote against the failure mode, not a catalogue page. Pan-India despatch, and export supported by our own Importer-Exporter Code.
